The recession has forced most employers to focus on how to achieve at least as much with the same, or fewer, resources. We have therefore asked Martin Edwards, CEO of Julia's House, to explain their innovative engagement techniques that have maximised staff performance, achieved huge growth and earned the charity a prestigious top-20  ranking in the Sunday Times Best Companies two years running. These universally applicable techniques have also won the national Third Sector Best Employer award and prompted an invitation for Martin to contibute to a Government report on Transformational Leadership.
